Customized Calligraphy Work Policies
1. Order Process
Inquiry and Consultation: Clients are encouraged to reach out via email or phone for an initial consultation to discuss their vision, preferences, and any specific requirements.
Quotation and Agreement: After the consultation, a detailed quotation will be provided. Upon agreement, a contract outlining the scope of work, pricing, and timelines will be signed.
2. Pricing and Payment
Pricing: Prices are determined based on the complexity, size, and materials required for the project. A detailed price list is available upon request.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm the order and book an event.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work, prior to delivery or shipment.
3. Design and Proofs
Initial Design: A preliminary design will be created based on the client's specifications.
Revisions: Clients are entitled to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.
Final Approval: A final proof will be provided for approval before the commencement of the final work. Changes requested after this stage may result in additional costs and delays.
4. Turnaround Time
Standard Projects: Typically, projects take 2-4 weeks to complete, depending on complexity and workload.
Rush Orders: Rush orders can be accommodated and a rush fee will be added to the total cost of the project as follows:
7-5 days : 35% 3-2 days : 100 %
5-3 days : 50 % 2-1 day : 200%
5. Shipping and Delivery
Local Delivery: Local delivery is not available.
Shipping: Shipping is available for clients outside the local area. Shipping fees are calculated based on destination and package weight.
Packaging: All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, we are not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations after 24 hours will not be refunded.
Refunds: Due to the customized nature of the work, refunds are not available once the final design has been approved and work has commenced.
7. Client Responsibilities
Information Accuracy: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and spellings. We are not responsible for errors in the final product due to incorrect information provided by the client.
Timely Communication: Clients must respond to proofs and communication in a timely manner to avoid delays.
8. Intellectual Property
Usage Rights: All custom designs are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Portfolio: We reserve the right to use images of completed work in our portfolio and for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
Quality Assurance: We strive to provide high-quality work and ensure client satisfaction. If there are any issues with the final product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work to resolve them.
