Based on our discussion, I provide a detailed proposal and quote for your project. Once you review the terms clearly outlined, we'll sign the contract and you'll pay the 50% retainer fee to make your booking official.

I require samples of the items I will be personalizing during the event and send photos for your approval to ensure they align with your brand guidelines.

Connection is one of my core values. I will arrive 30 minutes before the event to meet and greet your team and set up my workstation. Together, we will create unforgettable keepsakes and experiences with your valued clients.

Within 24 hours after the event, I will send you the final invoice along with an offboarding guide where you can leave me some feedback .
